1. Return Eligibility
As we deal in perishable food items (dry fruits, nuts), returns are only accepted if the product is damaged during transit or if you receive an incorrect item. You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
3. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
